1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 3999vi website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 3999vi.pro.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash promotional credits, free bet awards, or match bonus amounts credited to an Account.
• "Game(s)" refers to all casino games, slots, live dealer games, crash games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering activity available on the Platform.
• "3999vi" refers to the operator and owner of the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.2 3999vi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

2.3 The Platform is intended for personal entertainment use only. Players acting on behalf of third parties, or using the Platform for any commercial purpose, are in breach of these Terms.

• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is illegal.
• 3999vi does not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately.
• 3999vi is not responsible for verifying the legality of gambling in each User's jurisdiction of residence. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 To access the full features of 3999vi, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

3.2 Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. 3999vi uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same User, all accounts may be closed and any balances therein forfeited.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 3999vi immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. 3999vi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 3999vi reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3999vi accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. 3999vi reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures. 3999vi may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Deposits must not originate from unlawful sources. By depositing funds, you warrant that the funds are legally obtained and belong to you. 3999vi reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 3999vi is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 From time to time, 3999vi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 All bonus funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Where no multiplier is specified, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

5.3 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, limited to one bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

5.4 3999vi reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that remain unclaimed or unused within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, specific slots) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or other manipulation will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account closure.

6 Game Rules, Betting & Settlements

6.1 All Games available on 3999vi are operated under rules set by 3999vi and its licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a conflict between the rules displayed on the Platform and a third-party provider's rules, the Platform rules shall prevail.

6.2 Bets placed are final once confirmed. 3999vi does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error has occurred. In such cases, 3999vi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or communication failure during a Game session, 3999vi will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, and kabaddi, are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body. 3999vi reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.

6.5 Maximum win limits may apply per bet, per day, or per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and are subject to change. Winnings that exceed applicable maximum win limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with Games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false registration or identity information.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 3999vi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We strongly encourage all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to wager only within their financial means. Gambling involves financial risk and 3999vi does not guarantee any outcome.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 3999vi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 3999vi employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and 3999vi cannot warrant absolute security.

9.3 3999vi will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or contractual obligation.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the proprietary property of 3999vi or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 3999vi.

10.3 The 3999vi brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 3999vi. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3999vi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.2 3999vi's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11.3 3999vi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

12 Amendments, Suspension & Termination

12.1 3999vi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or Platform notification where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 3999vi may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at 3999vi's sole discretion.

12.3 Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds (which are forfeited upon termination) will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method used, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

13 Governing Language & Entire Agreement

13.1 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

13.2 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3999vi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
